should be noted that due to Dillon Stone Corporation's good performance, we
approved all overtime premium requests without argument. It should also be
noted that no other subcontractor on this project received full compensation
for their overtime... Dillon Stone Corporation's good performance on the project
played a key role in allowing us to facilitate timely change order settlements
with the Owner on Dillon Stone's cost issues (believe it or not, very few
other subcontractors on this project were treated as fairly by the Owner on
change orders costs as was Dillon Stone.
