on a large 100,000 square foot commercial tile installation, or installing
granite kitchen countertops inside a homeowner's private residence, our performance
on the jobsite is of paramount importance. Beyond the work of our installers,
our management team is working together behind the scenes to ensure that we
deliver quality and service in all facets of any project, including administration,
accounting, and project management, as well as installation. Our project
management team has nearly 100 years collective experience with tile, marble

FAITH BLANTON, Staff Accountant
Coming home to
Virginia Beach after residing in Louisiana for 12-years, Faith graduated
summa cum laude from
Blanton’s Junior College in Asheville, NC. Faith joined Dillon Stone
Corporation in September 2004 accompanied by glowing recommendations and
with more than 16 years experience in various accounting positions.

job is to ensure that all internal accounting procedures are completed
properly, to work closely with our customers for timely collections of
our accounts receivable, to develop and maintain strong relationships
with our vendors and suppliers through responsible management of our
accounts payable and to properly administer our payroll and all related
accounting functions." |

ANDRE
HUTCHINSON
Prior
to graduating with a BBA degree (Finance) from the University of
Notre Dame in 1986, Andre acquired hands-on experience in nearly
every phase of the construction industry, including site-work,
concrete, masonry, steel, electrical, plumbing and interior
finishes. With uninterrupted executive management experience in
the commercial tile & marble business since 1986, Andre founded
Dillon Stone Corporation in 1995. Throughout his career, Andre
has been personally involved with the successful performance of
nearly $100 million worth of commercial tile & marble
installations. He has estimated and managed numerous projects in
excess of $1 million each, as well as countless custom
fabricated marble & granite installations. Andre has traveled to
tile factories, marble/granite quarries and production
facilities in Europe, South America and throughout the United
States. He is a proven leader in the industry, is an active
participant in numerous construction trade associations and has
occupied leadership positions in both Associated Builders and
Contractors (ABC) and Associated General Contractors (AGC).
Andre is primarily responsible for Operations, coordinating the
estimating and project management activity of the company.

materials, methods of installation, or schedule, we strive to
maintain a 'can-do' attitude and are committed to always working

TANA HUTCHINSON
A Virginia
native, since graduating with a BA degree (Political Science)
from Virginia Tech in 1993, Tana has gained extensive corporate
experience in a diverse variety of industries, including defense
intelligence contracting, mortgage lending, executive
recruiting, construction equipment rental and, most recently
prior to joining Dillon Stone Corporation, franchising. Tana's
knowledge of business
analysis and dynamic sales performance are a power-punch
combination that she successfully parlayed into a distinguished
and accomplished sales career in the national franchise
industry. Tana brought her energy, focus and determination to
Dillon Stone Corporation in 2008. In addition to her involvement
in the accounting and personnel functions of the company, she is
primarily responsible for Business Development, collaborating on
estimating, sales, developing prospects for new work, marketing
and client relations. Additionally, Tana assumed an
Executive/Ownership role in 2009.
