POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

INSTALLERS AND FABRICATORS: We are always looking for reliable, experienced tile setters and helpers to work on our numerous commercial tile & marble installations, as well as fabricators and installers experienced with cutting and polishing of natural marble and granite slabs. We offer in-house training where you can learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career. Earn $16-32K annually based upon position and experience.

COMMERCIAL ESTIMATING AND SALES: Experienced in preparing accurate job cost estimates for all types of commercial tile and marble installations, successfully identify, pursue and close future work and build long-term relationships with general contractor customers. Earn $40-60K annually.

FABRICATION SALES REPRESENTATIVES: Experienced in preparing bid proposals for all types of residential and commercial fabrication projects, knowledgeable about natural stone and capable of assisting customers with material specification and slab selection. Successfully identify, pursue and close future work and build long-term relationships with kitchen cabinet contractors, residential builders, architects and interior designers. Earn $40-60K annually.

PROJECT MANAGERS: Experienced in all phases of quality project management, including sample submittals and approvals, shop drawings, job notes, material ordering, job cost accounting, etc. Successfully communicate with owners, general contractors, project managers and superintendents. Earn $35-50K annually.

SUPERINTENDENTS AND FOREMEN: Demonstrate excellent trade skills in commercial tile/marble installations and natural stone fabrication/installation. Ability to lead, manage and motivate fellow employees, recognize and promote the importance of jobsite safety, quality control, customer service, efficiency and profitability. Earn $30-45K annually.

ACCOUNTING: Experienced in all phases of percentage of completion job cost accounting as well as the other daily accounting functions associated with the responsible and successful operation of the business. Earn $20-35K annually based upon position and experience.

ADMINISTRATION: Experienced in all facets of construction office management, including bidding, contract administration, preparation of schedule of values, insurance certificates, bonding, assistant project management, personnel and human resources, employee benefits, etc. Earn $20-35K annually based upon position and experience.
